The Hotel is situated just across the road from Perth’s most famous and popular beach, with ten of the second floor rooms featuring their own furnished balcony offering panoramic views of Cottesloe Beach and Rottnest Island.

Located centrally on Marine Parade, the Hotel is close to public transport, cafés, shops, scenic walkways and cycleways, a golf course and, of course, the beach!

All guestrooms have recently undergone major refurbishments to provide a choice of well- appointed, modern, boutique-styled hotel accommodation including new fixtures, fittings and furnishings, renovated bathrooms and improved in-room facilities.

Please note the hotel is unattended after 11pm Monday to Saturday and after 10pm on Sunday. Check in is available between 1pm and 11pm. If you arrive after 11pm, your room key will be placed in the after-hours key safe. The mobile phone number provided with your booking doubles as your access code. Enter your mobile number on the safe keypad; press hash and your key will be dispensed. Using your key enter the hotel, head up the staircase and through the white French doors and follow the signs to your room - your room number will be written on the key.
