The Cottesloe Beach Hotel began life in 1905 as the Hotel Cottesloe. Major renovations occurred in the late 30's, early 40's and it was in this period that the building took on its' Art Deco characteristics. In 2004 the Hotel was purchased by Multiplex (Marine Parade) Pty Ltd.
The Hotel has a proud history not only with the local community but also throughout the state, meeting the needs of all the patrons welcomed. The hotel has been awarded the "Best Redeveloped Hotel Metropolitan 1995" and finalists for the Best Bistro and Responsible Service of Alcohol Awards 2007 W.A.A.H.A Awards for Excellence.

The Hotel boasts 13 accommodation rooms, two functions areas, popular beachfront bar, café and the world-renowned beer garden.
